We require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for every reservation equivalent to 1 nights charges plus taxes. Unfortunately, this deposit is non-refundable at any time for any reason. If you do not show up for the date on your confirmation your deposit will be forfeited and any remainder of your reservation will be immediately cancelled. Please contact us if you are unable to make your reservation. We do not offer refunds for early departures and if you shorten your stay, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee in the amount of 10% of the total for the cancelled nights.
Please be aware of the following:
SMOKING: We are a non smoking property. We do not allow smoking in any room at any time and smoking is not permitted within close proximity to our guest rooms.
PETS: We do not permit any pet on our property at any time. Temperatures are low in the evenings and we do not recommend booking with us and planning on leaving a pet in your vehicle.
COOKING: If you wish to cook, please book a kitchen room as we do not permit cooking in a non kitchen room. This is with the exception of provided microwaves in each standard room.
GROUPS: Due to the size of our property and our limited staff we are unable to acommodate groups or parties, who desire more than 4 rooms at one time. Please call us if you would like a recommendation for other excellent group options in town.
If smoking or cooking occurs in any room, or pets are brought inside at any time, you will be responsible for a $250 minimum fee per night of your stay.
Our summer office hours are 7:30am – 9:00pm daily and our winter hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm. Check in starts at 3:00pm and checkout is 11:00am. Please let us know if you are planning on arriving after business hours.
